Spending a few hours a day exercising is a good idea as it will keep you in shape and if you are not in shape it should do a good job brining you into shape. However there may be times when you don’t have the time to actually spend an hour lifting weights or taking a run around the block, it is times such as these that your body tends to become lazy and you begin to lose what you gained with blood, sweat, and tears at the gym.
It doesn’t have to be this way if you can allocate ten minutes every day you can keep yourself into shape without having to visit the gym. Your ten minute exercise should start with some quick bending and touching your toes routines followed by bending from side to side and a few pushups to complete a set of exercises that should not last more than ten minutes. The reason I recommend stretching is that it keeps your body from building fact and hence becoming lazy. Pushups are good as it keeps your upper body and arms in shape. This exercise is also recommended for people who are just recovering from an illness and are looking to build some energy.
